The race forum has some good stuff in it. The problem is that any of the good stuff is often buried under multiple posts of pure trash.

What the race forum needs is more modding to keep topics like what's mentioned in the OP out. For the volume of traffic the race forum gets, as well as the sensitivity of the issues discussed in here (which has a tendency to spawn trolls), having only one mod dedicated to it is extremely light. Forums like this need three mods dedicated to it; two at the very least.  As of right now, all the race forum has is one (as well as the other mods that visit it, but they don't tend to enforce the stuff in the stickies that we really need enforced), and I'm not totally sure how active Penguincube is anymore as I don't see him around often.
