Alright I got caught with having extra people in the car while on a provisional license...but what happens if I get caught again? Ive heard that I get my basic drivers license (the one you get at 18) delayed 6 months to a year. Anyone know for a fact that could help me out? (Link to the source appreciated)

i hate to tell you this, but it sounds like it might be true. The handbook by the New Jersey government literally says that things are decided on a case by case basis taking into account the number on convictions, the severity of them, and the time between them. You already have one and it is pretty recent. i do not know how severe it is considered, but making the same mistake again is probably not a good idea.
