Go to device manager right click on the drive then select disable then enable. See if that works.

Try here. Also, From the device manager (start > run > devmgmt.msc), right-click the drive in question, click properties, click the driver tab, and list the driver version. And also list the name of the drive, which will appear both from the main device manager and the top of the driver window you just opened. I'll check to make sure your drivers are up to date.
