Tell your mom how you feel. Tell her that you, as a teenager need your freedom and she just can't hold you in like that. Ask her why she doesn't want you to go anywhere maybe she'll give you a better explanation. Come up to her like a mature adult, no screaming...just a calm and polite voice. There has to be a reason why she's doing this and tell her that you don't like it. Also, throw in the fact that its not fair.
