I'm very sorry to hear that. But why exactly is it that she is crying?
Does she not understand that you're the one who's gone to her for help? Or is she simply an idiot?
Crying isn't very difficult to experience. Why not do it on your own?
Whenever you're alone?
There's no one you can trust in general sometimes. But i'm sure you're family and friends wouldn't want you to feel this way. Have you tried talking to one of them about this?
You really shouldn't fear to express yourself amongst those you've lived with your entire life.
However, if the circumstances are different than i imagine and you've had a rare childhood where you've grown to distance yourself, i am sorry.
In the end, though. Support is support.
Whether it comes out of a Guidance Counselor, or a girl sitting at home with nothing to do, typing away on her desktop.
Feel free to lock your bathroom door and cry.
Feel free to cry in the shower, even. Or in your bedroom before you sleep.
I'm sure there's always a time for you to cry, and doing it alone is alot better than doing it in front of someone you don't trust. For example, a Counselor.
You said you fear someone will catch you crying, anyway.
This suggests that you want to keep certain emotions to yourself. I truly wish you the best of luck, and hope that whatever is bothering you will pass in short time.
If you ever need someone to talk to. Feel free to message me.
G'bye.
