Don't do that, the running yes, but the not eating part, It's bad, that's the average weight for a girl your height, I weigh 180 pounds, and I'm 5"6', so you shouldn't worry about it. PM me if you want/

if u are fat then I must be over weight...lol...I am 4'11 really short i know and I weigh 110 and I think I am skinny and need to gain weight..ur brothers are just being jerks stop listening to people...

dont stop eating. and take it out slow. that a lot of work to START out. start runnin like, 1 or 2 times a day. but dont over work yourself. and DEFFINITELY dont stop eating. thats just unhealthy.

I don't believe you're fat. If you want to get into a better shape, do it only for yourself, not because some kids tease you. They don't know what they're talking about. They're only children. You shouldn't take it seriously what other people tell you about your weight. And please don't do what you're planning to do. First of all, it's too much. Secondly, you'll tire yourself out and thirdly, it's not healthy. If you really want to do something, just eat a healthy breakfast, a cooked lunch and a light dinner. Cut down on sugar and junk food (sodas, pizza, chips, hamburgers, fries etc) or even better, quit them. Instead of the hard workout you mentioned, try jogging 3 times a week, cycling, rollerskating, yoga or something like that. Don't do more than 50 situps a day when you've just started doing those. As you gain more physical strength, you may add more load but do NOT torture yourself. Remember, you're NOT fat. In fact, there are many people in this world who would surely envy your appearance. You're going to eat healthy and exercise because you want to be HEALTHY. Ever since I started exercising and eating less than I should I lost 3 kg since winter. It's healthier to lose weight over months not in a few weeks. That way your weight actually stays that way. Oh, and remember that fast weight loss also loses your muscle and you'll gain the weight back. But it will all be fat. Your muscle will still be gone. Good luck and please do it healthy.
