My little brother, and 2 of my older brothers have called me fat.  I am 5'8" and 135 lbs... i am a girl btw.  but now i want to cry my eyes out.  i have decided that i am going to start running 3 times a day, start with 100 sit ups morning and night and, well, pretty much stop eating.  is this a good idea?  could this kill me?

Firstly, don't base your self-esteem and body image off the comments of your arsehole siblings.

you dont need to do that because (taking into consideration you height and weight) your BMI would say you at an ideal weight, your brothers are just being brothers, its like their job to be mean
