Several candidates and a fair number of people have all argued that Roe Vs. Wade should be overturned because it supersedes state's rights and was not actual congressional legislation. For this thread, let's hypothetically argue how a state based abortion policy would work.
What would force states to adopt standard safe procedures? Couldn't someone just go to another state to get an abortion? I'm sure there are a lot of other problems.
