People tell me, that, that the only way I can feel better is if I confront what (in my case a person) caused me to be like this. But they did not tell me what to do if that fails. It is impossible isn't it? The helplessness only angers me further. If I do something about it, I will look like the "bad person". If I don't, I'm stuck like this, no matter how much I try to go on. They win either way. I recently attempted suicide last night. I was very close to slashing my wrists with knvies, but only cut myself a little with them and let them clatter to the floor, sobbing uncontrollably. I didn't get scars though, just scabs formed and they'll probably heal in a day or so. Feeling ripped in pieces....Wrothless.....
