Reasons for banning: - Distracts students - They should most likely be working - Can distract other students who are trying to work (loud noises) - Shouldn't be trying to text or talk in school
Reasons for allowing usage - Allows students to relax - If it's their free period why should it be banned - Can try and contact parents or friends and ask them for school related info
