today i was talking to my sister and out of nowhere she told me that she was worried about me because i never eat and then she called me anorexic.

like i dont feel like i am anorexic or anything. i never really eat anything, like in a whole day i will eat maybe a 1/2 a hot pocket or a sub or somethin(like pretty much just a handful or 2 of food each day) i just eat foods with more calories. but then i also drink about 8 sodas a day. i am trying to cut pop out too but i get really really sick when i stop (migrains, light headed, can hardly walk) idk i am just trying to loose a little weight but idk if it is a problem or not i dont feel like it is   i am always tired all the time now tho

btw: i am 15, 5 foot 3 inches, and around 140 pounds

Not even close to anorexic.
however, you do have terribly unhealthy eating habits, but no anorexic in their right mind would touch a soda with... calories.  o.o
But, you should cut the pop, imo.  Its better not to have so much sugar in you.

You're not anorexic, you just have unhealthy eating habits. Habits, I, myself have, actually. I don't eat much, either. I get sick when I do.

To be fair, your sister was only worried about you when she confronted you.  However, calling you anorexic may have been taking it a bit far.  Try to keep in mind your best interests seem to have been in her heart, though.

You should probably try to have a more healthy/steady eating routine.  Having half a hot pocket still isn't that many calories.  Trying to space a couple eating times a day, even if they are smaller than the hotpocket, would be better for your body.  

The soda you are drinking does have a lot of calories in it, but also many other things that your body does not need.  As you've stated yourself, cutting back on the soda would be a good thing to do.  It's possible that you are having caffeine withdrawals that are giving you headaches and making you light headed, but it is also possible that you are having such symptoms because your body is not getting all the caloric intake that it needs.  Try to cut back on your soda slowly, perhaps drinking half your normal soda with a fruit juice inbetween each.  That way, you are drinking as much flavored beverage every day, you are getting calories from the fruit juices, but you also are slowing cutting out the caffeine and bad sugars that your body doesn't need.

As far as eating goes, having smaller meals more frequently through the day is very healthy.  Why do you have the current eating habits you do?  If it's just because of routine, it'll be awkward at first to change, but get easier as time goes on.  Make it a point to grab a yogurt in the morning, it doesn't take more than five minutes to eat, then perhaps take a bag of nuts with you and a string cheese to eat during the day, then having your hot pocket for dinner.  Cheese and crackers are a good snack too.  Also, I would suggest getting a calorie tracker ( fitday.com ) or something similar, and typing in your old eating routine, looking at the numbers, and you may be surprised at how unnourished your body is.  There is more to eating healthy than just hitting the right amount of calories (although that is certainly a start.)  Keep track of your foods as your diet gets better, and watch how your body reacts.  Keeping a diary of your body is a good thing to do too... you'll notice that on certain days, you will have more energy than others and that can be strongly related to the foods you eat as well.
