Certain weight loss pills or stacks actually work quite well when combined with diet and exercise. They can speed up the metabolism and help burn more calories, and some even target fat oxidation itself. Ephedrine and Caffeine was a very effective way to lose weight (and safe if used correctly, like everything else in this world) when combined with a good diet and exercise. There is no magic pill you can take that makes you lose fat while you sit on your butt.
Thanks for posting this list. I think companies know exactly what we are looking for and try to provide "miracle" fixes. The best way to lose weight is through healthy diet and excercise. Its all about consistency not quick fixes.
