Well, I wouldn't recommend starting cutting for stress relief, there are better ways.  I guess it would if you were already a cutter, and found it to be a big relief to harm yourself.

Very good topic!  I was going to make one just like it but you left me speechless.  This has been one of the most stressful weeks for me.  I have almost all those signs/symptoms of stress right now (except I don't have rashes or increased urination).  The week is almost over so I am starting to feel a little better.


Just a little, picky note:
In your list of Signs of Stress, you have 'Increased urination Lack of Concentration' all on one line.

the best way to relieve stress is to be home relaxing not lifting a finger. or hanging with friends having fun not worry about any problems..or just take a nap. clear your mind for a day.

thanks for that info! read it, going to do some of it to reduce stress. i had a panic attack about two months ago due to stress, and let me tell you it was such a freaky thing to have!

I've been really stressed out lately just about life in general. I've basically tried everything that was mentioned. The only thing that takes away my stress is during sporting events. Thanks anyway.
