We provide several options for seeking support, including the forums, resources (lists of informational websites for teens), the Serious Forum, which is a forum where only users who have a strong background of giving honest advice, who are called Support Leaders, can reply, and eHelp, where problem solving suggestions from Support Leaders and Moderators is almost instantaneous and can be absolutely anonymous.

The long sentence got me confused. It was really hard to follow.
Anyway, the letter is ok. I'd never show it to my mom, but that's ok. Not because it's shitty, I just know she wouldn't approve of LW. Also. I think this sentence sucks: We believe that if every teen who frequented an online community switched to LiveWire the internet would be a safer place for teenagers. It's so egotistical. And unless you're Ryan or Jared, Egotism = lame.

My parents never disapproved. Somebody that I met on Livewire is actually allowed to come stay with me this summer. You guys did a good thing writing that letter, though. I didn't read it all, but what I did read, I think parents will approve.
