Hey, everyone has those days, but if they're abnormally frequent you should try speaking to someone. You say your mom doesn't listen, so you should try either talking to someone else you trust or being proactive and speaking to a counselor yourself. Try the school guidance counselor.
When you get in moods like that, try and shake the thoughts by focusing on something else without using a potentially addictive or otherwise harmful escapism. Something productive is best. It's important to get the feelings out in a way that isn't self-defeating.
For instance, when you were younger, did you do something creative when you were stressed? That's something most people seem to have the natural ability to do when really young but they forget as they grow older. If you're a good artist, draw something that'll express your feelings. If you like to write, write down how you feel. You'll probably draw/write really sad things at first and have to fight the urge to just break down, but since they're hands-on activities you'll find yourself slowly feeling less and less stressed and take the focus away from the thought that's bothering you. After about twenty minutes you should feel somewhat better. Even if you don't, you can work towards something and do something productive which can make you feel a lot less worthless in the long run.
But ask yourself now.... why do you feel lonely? Really, what's wrong? You have a family, don't you? If you don't have strong connections that can be the problem.
