also, theres the chance that they made them healthy and arent able to advertise them as so
Lol. A chance they made them healthy? Lighting plant matter on fire and inhaling it cannot be healthy. Whatsoever. I smoked for five years and I vape now so I'm not trying to bash you. I have my addictions too. But don't start back smoking trying to delude yourself that somehow there's a chance cigarettes became "healthier".

Yeah, this is about two days short of six months, now. The difference is noticeable at this point. I can go, and keep going. I can paddle across the reservoir, or throw a shovel through the afternoon. My whole upper body is steadily getting stronger, to the point where I can see it in the mirror, and feel it in a couple of shirts. My lower back is typically sore from overexertion, but I'm not crippled afterwards.
There's no turning back from here. I'm even considering dietary changes and (gasp) exercise. I think it might just do some good.
For the past 3 years.I want to quit I've got bad asthma had it since I was wee smoking makes it much worse but I feel I don't have the motivation or care about myself enough to quit I feel like it's my only pleasure in life tbh lol.
