I am pretty confident, even around girls or girls that I like. The only tme I get shy and freak out is when I want to ask them out and I fallapart and sweat and turn red and mumble, which isn't like me.

i was really shy when i was younger, but then one day I was like fuck this, im turning my life around!
I started taking chances, dont think about what other people will think of you! We are all people! I met some of the coolest friends that way, just introduce yourself and be friendly!

well iv been going out with my boyfriend for 2 months now and he wants to have sex with me but im not that ready i mean i want to wait for another couple months but i dont think he will wait i want to have sex but another part of me doesnt want to i dont know what to do

Yeah my shyness and lack of confidence has became a real issue lately. I have tried to talk more and act more like myself, but I am still pretty shy. It sucks because it effects my chances of entering a relationship.

well, i am shy at first, but then i get friendly and crazy when i know peoples and become friends. but i just have trouble goin up and talkin to peoples. i am manic depressive. i get really high "happy, not stoned" then i get really low. and when i get real high "still meanin happy" i can smile and say random stuff to random peoples, and meet new peoples/ but when i get low, i just can't. i mentally don't have the energy for smiling, and i have no clue how to start a convo . but ur advise is very good. last year i was depressed all the time, but i changed. i am not depressed that much now days. i still get my lows, but i'm not depressed so much. i tell myself good things bout myself, and try to stay positive. i try to b nice to everyone. and i try to b "the guy" that everyone likes. not popular, but just a nice guy. so ya, i'm rambling ur advice is good. i recomend it to shy peoples, because it really does help.

Well I have not gone out like at all and I was at my cousins graduation party and she has a few friends that are in my grade. They asked me to go to the party my cousin was also having that night with her other friends. I was shocked and I didn't know what to say. They urged me to go and I was feeling like I would go but when my mom came and said we were going home I went home........... Ugh there went my chance all because I'm too fucking shy. The one good thing I could pull out of this is that the girls wanted me to go to the party which for honestly the first time ever I felt wanted by a girl.
