Hunter's just starting at daycare. It's been tough! It's 2 miles there and usually I end up having to walk it because the buses are full. But he loves it and already after only a few days his speech has improved a lot which is great, because he was having some troubles with it.

We're not together, no. We broke up last month. We were together for almost four years. We're still very close though.

No. Can't afford it! Costs like $1000/month here between gas, insurance, car maintanence on an older car, etc. And the drivers here are insane. I hate even being on the sidewalk around them, let alone getting on the road with them. I wouldn't feel good about it at all.   There's so many accidents, especially at this time of year when it's snowy and icy. People don't even slow down in the least.

Yeah, I live in a pretty big city. We have actually a fairly decent transit line for buses. It's just tough when you start trying to take strollers on university/college bus routes.

Little guy had his first official day in daycare today! Spent the last two months trying to gather up the paperwork and weaning him in around being sick and snow and fallthrough sitters and all this crazynes. Finally was able to leave him there for a few hours today and he did fine, yay!

He's 25 lbs and 33 inches tall. That puts him in the 25th percentile for both (75% of boys are bigger than he is) but that's expected. I'm only 4'11" and 115 lbs so not exactly huge. He's small like his mama! He's growing though so it's all good. :-D

I wish my guy was still around to help me out. It would make such a huge difference but alas. :-p Buses and walking for me lol.
